Pickering Outdoors Return Policy

   Here at Pickering Outdoors we strive to produce products that are free from defect and have a design that is easy and fun for all to use.  However, we realize that there will be circumstances where the customer will be unable to use our product.  Therefore, we have implemented this return policy.
   If you feel that your product has a defect or are unsatisfied with the product for any reason, you may return the item within 30 days from its registration date or 30 days from its purchase date if it was never registered for a refund or replacement. 

How to obtain you refund:

   1.   First you must contact Pickering Outdoors and obtain a 
         return authorization (RA) number.  To obtain your RA 
         number you must provide us with the product registration 
         code and the reason for the return. 
   2.   Your return must include a legible proof of purchase and the 
         RA number.
   3.   We will not accept a returned item without a RA number.  
         Returns received without authorization will not be 
         processed.
   4.   Once you receive your RA number you may return your 
         item.  The item must be returned in its original package with
         software disk and all owner's manuals inside.
   5.   Returns that do not have all of the original packaging will 
         not be accepted.
   6.   Pickering Outdoors assumes no liability for the loss or 
         damage of your returned package.  We do recommend that 
         you use a service that can provide tracking and arrival 
         confirmation.  All shipping for returned items must be pre-
         paid by the customer.
